Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before you subscribe.

  1. You agree to a recurring subscription for the product and plan you select, at the amount and frequency shown.
  2. Nothing is set up until you confirm the subscription on your phone.
  3. When a renewal succeeds, your access continues for that paid period. If a payment fails, access may pause after any grace period.
  4. You can cancel anytime. To stop future charges, delete the standing order on M-Pesa (*334# or the M-Pesa App). See our Cancel a subscription guide. Access ends when your current period finishes.
  5. Standard mobile-money network charges may apply as set by your provider.
  6. The product you subscribe to may have its own content rules and partner terms once you have access.
